Shipping and Returns
Shipped via UPS, Rate is calculated from Corona; CA (U.S.A.) The price will include shipping insurance. International shipping is available. International shipping will need to be determined by the customer. Unless other wise stated.
All refurbished products will carry a minimum of a (30) day warranty. This warranty applies to purchases shipped within the United States. All international orders are excluded from this warranty and are sold on an As-Is, basis. Item(s) should be inspected and tested immediately upon receipt. Any physically damaged packages should not be accepted. ALL warranties will be void if CCES labels are removed or tampered with. Claims (shortages, damaged goods, ect.) must be made in writing and dated within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Parts returned after 15 days of receipt will have a 25% restocking fee. Return Merchandise Authorization Number(s) (RMA#) must be assigned by your salesmen prior to returning any equipment. Any package returned without a RMA # will be refused. Items must be returned in proper packaging in order to be accepted. Return freight charges are customer’s responsibility. Returned item will be tested and will be repaired or replaced. If item(s) are found not to be defective the customer will be charged a $25 bench fee on the items returned and not found to be defective.
If the above procedures are followed, the defective item will be repaired or replaced at Coast CATV Equipment Supply’s discretion. If the unit can not be fixed or replaced the purchased price will be prorated and refunded to the original purchasing customer; However at no time will S&H costs be refunded. Improper handling, physical damage, or acts of God will void any warranty given on Coast CATV Equipment Supply products
